Although I have only been with GDI for a few short weeks, I immediately saw the huge opportunity in front of me that was too good to pass by. I have been involved with several direct sales and network marketing companies, but never have I seen an opportunity that was so affordable, so doable, and most importantly - so duplicatable.
Promotional Tip:
My tip for recruiting would be to concentrate on being consistent with recruiting and training - not only helping your first line people to be successful, but helping their downline as they need and desire help. Also, I think it's important to always be kind, considerate, and respectful to those in your downline who are producing well and also to those who aren't so active at the moment. Continue to praise and encourage these people as well.
