I started in August 2004, when GDI was still in it's infancy. It still amazes me how many new features have been added since then. I must admit that my first few weeks were slower than I had hoped, but I picked up a few people that saw the vision and got to work building just as hard as I was. Within a few short months my team had grown to over 400 people!

One of the biggest tips I can give anyone is to "get your head screwed on straight". What I mean is that you must have a positive attitude and believe 200% that you can succeed.
